There's usually a surprise when it's someone's birthday,
and here, Manageress - Alice Kiersey,
arrives with a cake for a then-unknown recipient.
The surprise recipient on this occasion was Mary Power,
who thanked us with a fine song later.
We didn't ask Mary her age!
Tea break at the music session which followed.
Live music and sing-song every Wednesday from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
